All woodUlike staff members are committed to protecting the privacy of all its clients whether they are in-person or online communication with us. We understand that maintaining privacy is considered essential and so informing our visitors and clients about the types of information we ask for and collect and how we use this information is crucial to our mission.

When you purchase products from woodUlike online, we will ask you to provide us with the information needed to process your order and/or to acknowledge its receipt. This information includes your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. Your credit card information will be used only as needed to process the transaction.

If you email us at woodUlike.com, your message and email address may be saved by woodUlike. Any message, material, business information, ideas, concepts, or other information sent to woodUlike in such cases will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Children Under Thirteen Years of Age

Protecting children’s privacy when using woodUlike web site is our concern. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under thirteen years of age. If we receive an identifiable email from a child, we will only use it to respond to the sender and will not retain or use any information concerning the sender. Secure Shopping Policy

You can shop online at woodUlike .com with confidence. woodUlike never stores sensitive credit card information and such information will be deleted from our records once the transaction is complete and you have received and accepted the product you purchased. You can rest assured that you are shopping securely.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Merchandise is shipped from our workshop located in Manassas Va. Monday through Friday. Your order will ship within approximately 48 hours of receipt or order. Please allow 2 weeks for standard delivery. 

Shipments are made using the method you choose during Order Checkout. Please specify special shipping instructions in the “Order Note” available box at Checkout.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING
We regret we cannot ship internationally. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Returning an Online Purchase

At woodUlike  we aim for your complete satisfaction with what you order. However, if something isn’t just right, contact us. We will give you a refund for the returned item(s) or send you a replacement or substitution.

Please Note:

• You can return or exchange items by mail or in person within 30 days following you rorder.
• There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores.

Returns are easy.

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

1. contact us and let us know you are returning an item(s) with the credit card you with which you made the purchase.
2. speciufy the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for the return.
3. Pack the return item securely in the original package, if possible, and include your completed receipt.
4. Take the package to your nearest USPS Office or UPS drop off location.

You will receive a refund of your payment for the total price you paid for the item(s) if they are postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase. The shipping cost will not be refunded. On a return after 30 days of purchase you will receive a woodUlike gift card in the amount of the total price you paid for the item(s) or the sale price of the item whichever is the lesser amount.

Exchanges by mail

Return your purchase within 30 days of your order date. Order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 571 224 6131. We’ll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
